By accessing or using EasyCards, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is intended for users who can form a legally binding contract under applicable laws. If you use EasyCards on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
You may create an account using email/password, Google sign-in, and/or OTP (as available).

You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You may upload and/or enter details such as names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, photos, logos, social links, and other business card information (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process your User Content only to provide the Service (including generating exports, downloads, QR/NFC sharing and hosting card pages).

We are not responsible for registrar issues, DNS delays, or third-party outages.
Digital card pages may be accessible via link/QR/NFC and can be publicly reachable on the internet. You control what information you publish.
You agree NOT to use EasyCards to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
We offer a free plan/trial currently limited to up to 30 days and up to 50 cards (as stated on the Platform). We may change free limits any time.
EasyCards may offer one-time purchases, monthly/yearly subscriptions, and credits. Plan details are displayed at purchase.
Payments are processed via third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card/bank details.
GST may apply where applicable.

Subscriptions may auto-renew unless you cancel before renewal (as per your account/plan settings). Cancellation stops future billing.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Key principle: If the Service has been used and is working error-free, no refund will be issued.
The Platform, software, templates (unless user-provided), and branding are owned by the Company or licensors. You may not copy, sell, or sublicense any part of the Service without written permission.
We may suspend/terminate access for violations, suspected fraud/abuse, legal compliance, or non-payment. You may stop using the Service anytime. Account deletion requests can be made via support.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect OCR accuracy (some visiting cards are basically modern art).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data, business interruption).
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or INR 5,000, whichever is lower).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by laws of India. Courts in New Delhi shall have jurisdiction.
