This Privacy Policy explains how Kamyab Infotech Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use EasyCards on easycards.in and all sub-domains.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account & Profile Information

• Name, email, phone number
• Authentication method metadata (email/password, Google sign-in, OTP)
• Profile details you add (company, designation, address, links, etc.)

1.2 Card Data & Generated Files

• Extracted business card fields (e.g., names, phone numbers, emails, etc.)
• Digital card page content you create/publish
• Generated/exported files such as VCF, CSV, QR, PDF (as applicable)

1.3 Visiting Card Images (If Uploaded)

If you upload card images for scanning/OCR:

• We do not store card images.
• Images may be processed transiently to extract data and then automatically deleted.

1.4 Usage & Device Data

• IP address, device/browser info
• Logs (timestamps, feature usage) for security, performance, and debugging

1.5 Payments

Payments are processed by third-party gateways. We may receive transaction references and status, but we do not store full payment instrument details.

1.6 Cookies

We may use cookies/local storage for login sessions, preferences, and performance. Third-party tools (if used) may also set cookies.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide and operate the Service (OCR extraction, card hosting, exports, QR/NFC sharing)
• Authenticate users and maintain accounts
• Provide support and resolve issues
• Process billing and prevent fraud
• Improve the Service and ensure security
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce policies

3. Public Visibility

Digital card pages may be publicly reachable via link/QR/NFC (and via custom domains if you enable them). Any information you publish on those pages may be visible to others.

4. Sharing of Information

We may share information with:

• Service providers (hosting, storage, email delivery, monitoring) as needed to run EasyCards
• Payment gateways to process transactions
• Legal authorities when required by law
• Successor entities in case of merger/acquisition (with appropriate safeguards)

We do not sell personal information.

5. Data Retention

5.1 Card Images

We do not store uploaded visiting card images as a feature. Images are processed transiently and deleted automatically.

5.2 VCF / Downloadable Files / Card Data

We store VCF and other downloadable/generated files and card data:

• Until you delete them, or
• Until 30 days after the end of your subscription, whichever is earlier (for subscription plans).

We may retain limited data for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and security logs where required.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards including access controls and encryption in transit (HTTPS). No system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

7. Your Choices & Rights

You can:

• Edit/update your card data inside the Platform
• Delete your data (where supported) or request deletion via support

8. Children’s Privacy

EasyCards is not designed for children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us to remove it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy and will post the updated version with a revised effective date.
